ORDINANCE NO. i6/7 a <br /> 1 <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE ordering the installation of a sanitary <br /> sewer system along 7th Avenue S.E. and intersecting <br /> 3 side streets within the City all in accordance with <br /> Resolution No ..3•21:Z.of the City Council ; establishing <br /> 4 Local Improvement District No . 730 and ordering the <br /> carrying out of the proposed improvement ; providing <br /> 5 that payment for the improvement be made by special <br /> assessments upon the property in the District , <br /> 6 payable by the mode of "payment by bonds" ; and <br /> providing for the issuance and sale of local <br /> 7 improvement district warrants redeemable in cash or <br /> other short-term financing and local improvement <br /> 8 district bonds . <br /> 9 WHEREAS, by Resolution No . ,3`2/-2 adopted August ::'ti 1989 , <br /> 10 the City Council declared its intention to order the <br /> 11 installation of a sanitary sewer system along 7th Avenue S .E . <br /> 12 and intersecting side streets within the City and fixed <br /> 13 SEVT /3, 1989 , at 8 : 30 a .m. , local time, in the Council <br /> 14 Chambers of the City Hall as the time and place for hearing all <br /> 15 matters relating to the proposed improvement and all objections <br /> 16 thereto and for determining the method of payment for the <br /> 17 improvement; and <br /> 18 WHEREAS, the City Engineer caused an estimate to be made of <br /> 19 the cost and expense of the proposed improvement and certified <br /> 20 that estimate to the City Council, together with all papers and <br /> 21 information in his possession touching the proposed improvement , <br /> 22 a description of the boundaries of the proposed local <br /> 23 improvement district and a statement of what portion of the cost <br /> 24 and expense of the improvement should be borne by the property <br /> 25 within the proposed district; and <br />
