Section 9. Paragraph B.5 of Overview Section of Chapter 6 of Ordinance No. 2530-01 <br /> (EMC 15.24.010.B.5), which reads as follows: <br /> 5. Notice of Decision. After most decisions by the city staff, hearing examiner, or <br /> board of adjustment, depending on the type of approval, a notice ("notice of decision") <br /> is provided to the applicant and to anyone who requested notice or commented <br /> substantively on the application. The notice of decision also describes the appeal <br /> procedure. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 5. Notice of Decision. After most decisions by the city staff or hearing examiner, <br /> depending on the type of approval, a notice ("notice of decision") is provided to the <br /> applicant and to anyone who requested notice or commented substantively on the <br /> application. The notice of decision also describes the appeal procedure. <br /> Sectionl0. Section 1(A) of Chapter 6 of Ordinance No. 2530-01 (EMC 15.24.020), <br /> which reads as follows: <br /> Notice of application required and timing of notice. <br /> Notice of application will serve as the principal public notice for review of projects <br /> subject to Review Processes II, III, and IV. <br /> A. Fourteen Days After Determination of Completeness. A notice of application <br /> shall be provided within fourteen days after the issuance of a determination of <br /> completeness for all Review Process II, III, and IV applications. <br /> B. Fifteen Days Prior to Open Public Hearing. For Review Process III, the notice <br /> of application shall be provided at least fifteen days prior to the open public hearing <br /> before the hearing examiner. For Review Process IV, the notice of application shall <br /> be provided at least fifteen days prior to the open public hearing before the board of <br /> adjustment. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Notice of application required and timing of notice. <br /> Notice of application will serve as the principal public notice for review of projects <br /> subject to Review Processes II and III. <br /> A.
