This <br /> amendment provides $12,000 for expenditures related to this annual meeting. It is anticipated that <br /> much of the cost will be offset by funds donated by other entities. <br /> Set up Conference budget 009 5000082410 12,000 <br /> Decrease Ending Fund Balance-General Fund 009 5980000490 12,000 <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> GGA-4 Engineering Amendment-Rucker Traffic Flow Study 024A 94,000 <br /> GGA-4 General Fund Amendment-Rucker Traffic Flow Study 002A 94,000 <br /> Substantial mixed use development is anticipated along Rucker between Pacific and Everett. This study <br /> will evaluate arterial traffic in the vicinity of this area and recommend improvements to the linkage <br /> between Rucker and West Marine View Drive. The work will evaluate the following key elements in light <br /> of the 2006 Downtown Plan, CBD zoning and anticipated development: <br /> Rucker to West Marine View Drive Alignment- Evaluate alternatives to provide improved arterial linkage <br /> between the Evergreen Way/Rucker corridor and West Marine View Drive. <br /> Rucker Avenue: Pacific to Everett Configuration - Determine optimum street configuration of Rucker <br /> from Pacific to Everett to accommodate and support development anticipated. Evaluate capacity based <br /> on the alternatives considered for Rucker/West Marine View Drive alignment. <br /> Hoyt and California Street Configuration - Evaluate Hoyt from Everett to Wall and California from Rucker <br /> to Colby to accommodate anticipated development. The evaluation will be based on the alternatives for <br /> Rucker to West Marine View Drive, and Rucker from Pacific to Everett. <br /> This amendment provides$94,000 from CIP 4 to complete this study. <br /> Transfer in from CIP 4 to General Fund 002 3970000162 94,000 <br /> Increase Engineering Dept professional services budget 024 5115020197410 94,000 <br /> ATTACHMENT A <br /> Tally 2007.xls 3/28/2007 <br />
