This brings the total CIP3 contribution to $450,000. <br /> 2. $20,000 in additional funds for the Silver Lake Trail Phase 1 project as recommended by Budget <br /> Committee at their January 24, 2007 meeting. This brings the total CIP3 contribution to $70,000. <br /> 3. $125,000 for the Northwest Neighborhood Park Playground as recommended by Budget Committee <br /> at their January 24, 2007 meeting. <br /> Increase CIP 3 Transfers Out 154 5354010550 445,000 <br /> Decrease CIP 3 Ending Fund Balance 154 5990000490 445,000 <br /> t . ?:: _ <br /> Department Code Rev Exp FB <br /> NGA-4 Criminal Justice Fund Amendment-Increase Judge FTE 156A 27,000 (27,000) <br /> This amendment increases the part-time Judge position from 55%to 70% FTE due to an increase in <br /> filings and increased demands for continuing jury trials into mid-week. <br /> The city has one full time judge and his salary and benefits are split between the general fund budget <br /> (75%) and the probation budget(25%). The same salary/benefits split will set up for the part-time <br /> judge. <br /> The Probation program is self-supporting, with Probation revenue deposited to the Criminal Justice Fund <br /> 156, and restricted for Probation expenditures only.
