The funds <br /> from this grant are being used to establish design guidelines for development that will support <br /> pedestrian and transit-oriented use of Broadway Avenue. LMN Architects is under contract to finalize <br /> these guidelines. The grant <br /> is funding consultants to complete a housing market study and draft design standards for the core <br /> residential areas surrounding downtown Everett.
