r <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted to the Engineering/Public Services Director, under direction of <br /> the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks to accomplish the <br /> actions authorized by this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> Appropriations to Fund 308 will be established by plans and systems ordinances authorizing <br /> individual projects. Appropriations will be for a specific program (project) and will include a <br /> complete and balanced budget. <br /> Section 5: <br /> The City Treasurer of the City of Everett is hereby authorized to obtain interim financing, which <br /> may be in any form permitted by law. Interim financing liabilities shall be paid by the Treasurer <br /> as soon as reimbursement is received. <br /> Section 6: <br /> Severability.
