December 16, 2015 <br /> AGREEMENT — USE OF CITY PROPERTY FOR PARKS CONCESSION <br /> SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign a three year License to Use <br /> City Property Agreement with Dog Day Afternoon for Parks <br /> Concession Services. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — LICENSE TO USE CITY PROPERTY / SHELL HOUSE <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign a three year License to Use <br /> City Property Agreement with Everett Rowing Association for use of <br /> the shell house at 300 smith Island Road. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — RESTORATION PLAN FOR URBAN FORESTED AREAS <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Forterra to continue implementation of a restoration <br /> plan for several publicly owned urban forested areas within the City <br /> of Everett, in an amount not to exceed $60,000. <br /> 411 <br />
