The purpose of the grant is to expand the existing video monitoring system at the Carl Gipson <br /> Senior Center. The contract term runs January 1, 2017—December 31,2017. No matching funds are <br /> required. This is the fourth consecutive year that Snohomish County Human Services has awarded a grant to <br /> the City for improvement to Carl Gipson Senior Center operations.
