Otak will prepare the Joint Aquatic Resources <br /> Permit Application QARPA) drawings to accompany the JARPA form.The City will complete the <br /> JARPA form with assistance as needed from Otak Otak will also prepare the Notice of Intent <br /> (NOI) for the Construction Stormwater General Permit(CSGP),and the Water Q,ality Monitoring <br /> and Protection Plan(WQMPP)that will be required for the Section 401 Water Qnality Certification <br /> from the Washington Department of Ecology. For all other required approvals/permits, support <br /> will be upon City request. • <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • JARPA Drawings, 8.5 x 11",electronic file (PDF format)to Corps'graphic standards,and <br /> Q,antities for JARPA <br /> • Notice of Intent(NOI) for the Construction Stormwater General Permit(CSGP) <br /> • Water Q,ality Monitoring and Protection Plan (WQMPP),electronic file (PDF format). <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The City will complete and submit hard and digital copies of the JARPA form to the USACE, <br /> WDFW, and Ecology for the Section 404/10 permits,Section 401 permit,Coastal Zone <br /> Management Consistency Determination,and HPA.
