Amendment 1 reflects the new date of <br /> December 31, 2017, as the revised date for the Completion of Performance. There are no other changes to <br /> the original Agreement. <br /> The Professional Services Agreement was approved by Council on March 22, 2017. This Agreement with <br /> the University of Washington will update the City's Hazard Mitigation Plan. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with the University <br /> of Washington for the Hazard Mitigation Plan, extending the term to December 31, 2017, at no cost to the <br /> City. <br /> 183 <br />
