The purpose of this AGREEMENT is for WSDOT to provide operating funds to the CONTRACTOR for public <br /> transportation services that meet the needs of persons in the State of Washington,hereinafter known as the"Project." <br /> Section 2 <br /> Scope of Project <br /> The CONTRACTOR shall undertake and complete the Project described and detailed in Exhibit I,"Scope of Work and <br /> Budget,"which is by this reference fully incorporated herein as if fully set out in this AGREEMENT and operate the <br /> service within the area described in the caption space header titled"Service Area,"in accordance with the terms and <br /> conditions of this AGREEMENT.The caption space header titled"Service Area"and all caption space headers are by <br /> this reference incorporated herein as if fully set out in this AGREEMENT. <br /> GCB2766 68 Page 1 of 10 <br />
