ORDINANCE NO. 3476-16 '� <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Three Acre Park, Phase 1,"Fund 308, Program 006, to <br /> accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned redevelopment of the Riverfront <br /> Area; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct certain <br /> park and recreational improvements; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 308, Program 006, entitled"Three <br /> Acre Park, Phase 1,"to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 308, <br /> Program 006, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director" or"City Engineer,"under <br /> direction of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br /> doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$2,500,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 308, Program 006, "Three Acre Park, <br /> Phase 1," as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design and Construction $ 2,500,000 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 2,500,000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Fund 162—CIP 4 $ 2,500,000 <br />
