January 27, 2016 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — SUPERVISION OF DIVERSION PROGRAMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Friendship Diversion Services for supervision of <br /> diversion programs in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — KRONOS SOFTWARE LICENSING <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Addendum to the Kronos <br /> Sales, Software Licensing and Services Agreement for an additional <br /> cost of$35,180.00 with no Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — KASCH PARK SYNTHETIC TURF <br /> REPLACEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment No. 1 to <br /> Project Agreement with the Washington State Recreation and <br /> 33 <br />
