January 6, 2016 <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT — ENERGY MAP, CARBON WEDGE ANALYSIS AND <br /> CARBON REDUCTION STRATEGIES <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with New Energy Cities to prepare an Energy Map, <br /> Carbon Wedge Analysis and Carbon Reduction Strategies in an <br /> amount not to exceed $30,000. <br /> Council Member Roberts provided a briefing. <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, thanked Council Member Roberts for his work <br /> and suggested allowing citizen involvement. <br /> Charlene Rawson, Everett, thanked Council Member Roberts for his <br /> leadership in this area. <br /> Victor Harris, Everett, spoke about the mass transit share of gas emission. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RFP AWARD — ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE & MONITORING <br /> SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to award RFP 2015-110 for Elevator Maintenance & <br /> Monitoring Services to Thysenkrupp Elevator Americas in the <br /> amount of $219,000 including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Council Member Tuohy asked if the same vendor was used in the past. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated she believes the same vendor was <br /> used, and will let council members know if she is mistaken. <br /> 6 <br />
