4. Cost Estimate: ProDims, acting as a sub-consultant to Reid Middleton, will provide a cost <br /> estimate based on the concept level design information notes above. <br /> 5. Report Information: Reid Middleton will provide the findings of the assessment, including <br /> seismic upgrade concepts and cost estimate information, to the City of Everett in the form of a <br /> letter report with appendices. <br /> 6. Project Presentations: Reid Middleton will prepare presentation materials for the use of the <br /> City of Everett, if requested by the City of Everett. This may include items such as a short <br /> PowerPoint presentation or presentation boards. Upon request, engineers from Reid Middleton <br /> will attend a meeting to present their findings using the materials noted above. <br /> 7. Additional services requested by the City of Everett. <br /> C. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br /> Reid Middleton will begin services upon receipt of a signed agreement and will make every <br /> reasonable effort to complete the services in a timely manner, considering the needs of the <br /> project. <br /> All deliverables shall be completed by December 31, 2017 <br /> All work shall be completed by January 31, 2018 <br /> D. CLIENT"S RESPONSIBILITY <br /> The City of Everett shall provide available pertinent data, documents, and other information to <br /> Reid Middleton as necessary to complete the services outlined in Section B above. This will <br /> include, but is not limited to: record drawings for each building, including revisions to the <br /> original construction, and site access for investigation visits. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
