SAFE STREETS SUPPORTIVE EMPLOYMENT PILOT PROGRAM DESIGN <br /> CITY OFEVERETT <br /> BRIDGEWAYS <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> GOAL: Design a supportive employment program for individuals in City Safe Streets programs <br /> such as work crew, M.A.P., and COET. Bridgeways Employment Services will work with <br /> businesses and foundations to secure financing for the program and lay the groundwork for future <br /> supported employment placements. The scope of this contract is for planning purposes to prepare <br /> for a program that would begin in January 2018. <br /> OBJECTIVES: <br /> 1) Design Safe Streets Supported Employment Program. <br /> 2) Work with businesses,foundations,and private donors to secure funding for <br /> Safe Streets Supported Employment Program. <br /> 3) Connect with potential employers in the community who could be partners <br /> for supported employment placements for program participants. <br /> • <br /> STATEMENT OF SERVICES: <br /> During the design phase,Bridgeways will perform the following services: <br /> • Meet with potential funders <br /> • Meet with potential employers <br /> • Draft a program description,criteria, staffing plan, therapeutic goals plan <br /> • Work with City to hold a supported employment summit <br /> • Produce written materials for potential employers describing the program. <br /> • Promote the Safe Streets Plan and how supported employment through Bridgeways <br /> Employment Services is consistent with other Safe Streets Goals. <br />
