Attachment A <br /> Scope of Services <br /> The Service Provider will complete tasks as outlined for Community Economic <br /> Revitalization Board (CERB) Planning Grant to be signed between the City of <br /> Everett and the State of Washington no later than November 16, 2017. These tasks <br /> will at minimum include the Planning Study Minimum Requirements as outlined in <br /> the CERB grant and attached here as part of this Attachment A. <br /> The Service Provider will complete reports required by this CERB grant to be <br /> submitted to the State. <br /> Service Provider is granted a permanent non-exclusive license to re-use intellectual <br /> property created by Service provider under this Agreement, so long as the re-used <br /> intellectual property does not reference the City unless the City gives permission. <br /> Milestones for Achieving Scope of Work: <br /> Milestone #1 Market Elements <br /> This milestone will address CERB Minimum Requirements items a,c and i <br /> pertaining to market information. <br /> Milestone #2 Site Elements <br /> This milestone will address CERB Minimum Requirements items e and f <br /> pertaining to location selection as well as specify the amount of space, the <br /> layout and recommended location of the Innovation Center. <br /> Milestone #3 Funding Elements <br /> This milestone will address CERB Minimum Requirements item g which <br /> pertains to funding sources and the estimates for project costs. <br /> Milestone #4 Execution Elements <br />
