. . . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /6/4. -g9 <br /> AN ORDINANCE changing 2nd Dr. S.E. (95th St. S.E. to 96th <br /> P1. S.E.), 96th Pl. S.E., (2nd Dr. S.E. to 2nd Ave. <br /> S.E.), and 2nd Ave. S.E. (96th P1. S.E. to 95th St. S.E. ) <br /> to two-way traffic. <br /> WHEREAS, the residents that front 2nd Dr. S.E. , 96th P1. S.E. , and 2nd <br /> Ave. S.E., in the Sunridge Plat, have submitted a petition to the City of <br /> Everett to make their streets two-way traffic; and <br /> WHEREAS, though the streets are narrower (20 ft.) than the minimum City <br /> standard (24 ft.), there is sufficient pavement for two cars to pass in <br /> opposite directions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor's Transportation Advisory Committee has reviewed the <br /> issue and recommends approval. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN that the following be <br /> installed: <br /> Two-way Traffic on: <br /> 2nd Dr. S.E.
