t <br /> ORDINANCE NO . /&05.--- E9 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the "Sewer Improvements" Fund <br /> No . 338 as established by Ordinance No . 1422-87 , <br /> as of January 2 , 1990. <br /> WHEREAS , THE "Sewer Improvements" Fund 338 was established to <br /> accumulate operating assessments and set them aside to finance <br /> improvements to the City ' s sanitary sewer system and , <br /> WHEREAS , the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and , <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund <br /> to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be received : <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> Section 1 : That the "Sewer Improvements" Fund 338 be closed as <br /> of January 2 , 1990 . <br /> Section 2 : That the final expenses and revenues for the "Sewer <br /> Improvements" Fund No . 338 are as follows : <br /> Expenses : Transfers to Sewer <br /> Utility Fund 401 - $ 2 , 435, 138 .37 <br /> Revenues : Operating Assessments $ 2 , 147, 298. 83 <br /> Interest 287, 839.54 <br /> $ 2 , 435, 138 .37 <br /> Section 3 : That there is no remaining balance to be <br /> transferred . <br /> Mayor. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> i _y Clerk <br /> Passed : g - c> —P , <br /> Valid : e - 5" e <br /> Published : j?- " Y7 <br /> 1040 <br /> 7-05-89 <br />
