,4Py%/1"... <br /> rosibIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3576-17 <br /> AN ORDINANCE increasing the funding in the "Parks Playground Renovations", Fund <br /> 354, Program 052, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project, amending <br /> Ordinance No. 3548-17. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned parks capital improvement <br /> program as a part of the City of Everett Parks & Recreation Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is requesting funding approval for the utilization of <br /> Capital Improvement Program 3 (CIP 3) to construct playground renovations in the City <br /> Parks system; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project was established by Ordinance No. 3548-17 as Fund 354, <br /> Program 052, and is be entitled "Parks Playground Renovations" to accumulate all costs <br /> for the improvement project. This amendment to Ordinance No. 3548-17 increases the <br /> fund to $305,000 from $200,000. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Section 4 of Ordinance No 3548-17 which reads as follows: <br /> The sum of$200,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 052, "Parks <br /> Playgrounds Renovations" as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Construction $200,000 <br /> Total Estimated Costs $200,000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Fund 354-CIP 3 $200,000 <br /> Total Estimated Funds $200,000 <br /> This appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully <br /> expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of <br /> reappropriation. <br /> Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />
