He thanked the Mayor for his budget message and Boy <br /> Scout Troop members for leading tonight's Pledge of Allegiance. Council <br /> Member Murphy announced that the next Budget Subcommittee meeting <br /> is scheduled for Wednesday, November 8, at 5:15 p.m. in the Council <br /> chambers. <br /> Council Member Roberts thanked the Mayor for his budget message, and <br /> he congratulated Judge Kaestner and Eileen Simmons.
