2 as required. Information and forms will be provided to the Subgrantee by the City for reporting this information. II. Time of Performance Services of the Subgrantee shall start on the date of execution of this contract and end on March 19, 2013 or earlier. The term of this Agreement and the provisions herein shall be automatically extended to cover any additional time period during which the Subgrantee remains in control of the Subgrant or other assets, including program income. The term of this Agreement and the provisions herein shall also by automatically extended until the Subgrantee makes all payments to the City required under Section 1 of this Exhibit A. The Subgrantee shall meet all "milestones" established in "Section D: Project Schedule" of Attachment A to the CTED Grant Agreement. III. Budget The budget is established in Attachment A of the CTED Grant Agreement. IV. Payment The total amount to be delivered by the City under this Agreement shall not exceed $546,899. Drawdowns for the payment of eligible expenses shall be made against budgets specified in Paragraph Ill herein and in accordance with performance. Expenses for general administration shall also be paid as specified in Paragraph Ill and in accordance with performance. Payments may be contingent upon certification of the Subgrantee's financial management system in accordance with the standards specified in 24 CFR Part 84.21. V. Notices Notices required by this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered via mail (postage prepaid), commercial courier, or personal delivery or sent by facsimile or other electronic means. Any notice delivered or sent as aforesaid shall be effective on the date of delivery or sending. All notices and other written communications under this Agreement shall be addressed to the individuals in the capacities indicated below, unless otherwise modified by subsequent written notice.
