In 2009 the City sub-granted these funds to the Everett Housing <br /> Authority,which in turn sub-granted funds to 1) Washington Home of Your Own to purchase and rent <br /> four properties to low-income persons and 2)Parkview Services to provide down payment assistance to <br /> low-income persons to purchase two homes. All funds have been expended for these projects. <br /> The attached document will close out the NSP 1 agreement between the City and the state Department of <br /> Commerce. This Closeout Agreement includes Attachment A,a Closeout Performance Report for the <br /> program, and Attachment B, a Program Income Reuse Plan. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Closeout Agreement for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 1 <br /> Agreement between the City and the Washington State Department of Commerce to address impacts of <br /> foreclosed-upon homes and properties. <br /> 13 <br />
