Ethnic Background <br /> Every person should be counted as belonging to one of these two groups and everyone should be <br /> counted only once. Please note that Hispanic persons may include people from Puerto Rico, the other <br /> Caribbean islands, Mexico, Central and South America, and other locations that share a cultural <br /> heritage linked to the Spanish language.
