The Volunteers of America lease space for automobiles. This lease <br /> expires 7-1-07.This lease will not be renewed. The space will be used for <br /> additional tenant parking. <br /> Jim Brown,of Volunteers of America has also stated to me that they also <br /> will not renew this lease and have already vacated 75%of the space.
