• • <br /> Ted Budden <br /> From: Ted Budden <br /> Sent: Friday, May 01, 2015 10:55 AM <br /> To: Kevin Fagerstrom <br /> Cc: Tony Lee <br /> Subject: 607 SE Everett Mall Way Suite# 9A <br /> Kevin, <br /> I posted a stop work order for work being conducted without required permits at 607 SE Everett Mall Way Suite#9A. <br /> Here is the story. <br /> We were contacted by the owner of this retail center to assist with getting the tenant of this space to obtain required <br /> permits and conduct the construction work in an approved manner. <br /> Upon investigation it has been determined that Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and construction work has been <br /> occurring here that is in violation of adopted codes.This work is apparently taking place in an attempt to create a <br /> restaurant/eatery at this location. <br /> The tenant appeared cooperative during our visit. (As a side note there may be a language and/or cultural barrier here.) <br /> I have discussed this matter with Tony Lee. It is our consensus that this be processed through your office for the <br /> violations. <br /> Copies of my reports and postings along with photos will be entered into the CRW system <br /> Please place this matter for enforcement action as your schedule allows. <br /> Thank you <br /> Ted Budden <br /> Chief Inspector <br /> Everett Building Division <br /> 1 <br />
