Please review <br /> and respond to the comments below. These comments address building issues only. Additional <br /> revisions, or additions, may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or <br /> Fire). All references refer to the 2012 International Building Code (IBC), the 2012 International <br /> Fire Code (IFC), the 2012 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2012 International <br /> Energy Conservation (IECC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City <br /> of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible <br /> and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards <br /> may be more restrictive. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested. <br /> 1. Please provide a total building plan that shows where the proposed bakery is <br /> located within the building. Include usage or tenants of spaces to the sides, <br /> above and/ or below. <br /> 2. The plans should include all of the information necessary to determine what is <br /> pre- existing and what is proposed in this permit application. Proposed work <br /> should include construction detailing and dimensions to show how the work is to <br /> be accomplished and in compliance with the building code. <br /> 3. The plans should include the IBC construction type occupancy classification, floor <br /> area, and fire detection and suppression requirements. <br /> 4.
