February 17, 2016 <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Further discussion on the limitation of additional retail marijuana <br /> stores to be discussed at Planning Commission meeting of March <br /> 1, 2016. <br /> President Murphy introduced the item. <br /> Council Member Moore provided a re-cap of the last week's discussion <br /> and clarified his suggestions and intent. <br /> Golf Update. <br /> Presented by Lori Cummings, Parks <br /> Council Member Roberts inquired if the Parks Department could provide <br /> additional information that would show the differences between two golf <br /> courses. <br /> Lori Cummings, Parks, stated that additional information is available and <br /> will be provided in a future presentation. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher suggested incorporating demographics and <br /> a capital costs component into the analysis in a future presentation. <br /> Metropolitan Center Sub Area Plan. <br /> Presented by David Stalheim, Planning <br /> Council Member Roberts suggested trying to compile all components <br /> together, such as parking, housing and transportation and report back to <br /> the Council at some point in time. <br /> David Stalheim, Planning, stated that he will provide Council with this <br /> information when it becomes available. <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Fuel Tax Grant Agreement with the <br /> State of Washington Transportation Improvement Board for <br /> Downtown Streetscape Improvements. <br /> Presented by Ryan Sass, Public Works <br /> 56 <br />
