I • <br /> 2000 Grand Condos <br /> SCOPE OF WORK. We hereby propose to furnish the materials and perform the labor necessary for the <br /> completion of this project as follows;remove and replace siding(excluding inset walls located on north and <br /> south end of wall/excluding front entry siding) on east facing wall. As listed below. <br /> Work to include, <br /> 1. Mobilize scaffolding, equipment and all materials. <br /> 2. Set up scaffolding to access walls. <br /> 3. Remove all existing t&g cedar siding. <br /> 4. Inspect walls and report any damage to HOA. <br /> 5. Install single layer of Jumbo-Tex"60 minute"weather resistant barrier(where siding was removed <br /> only). <br /> 6. Install new Hardi trim around windows (new trim to be 3/8"away from window frame for sealant joint), <br /> inside corner trim,outside corner trim and metal siding to Hardi intersection trim as needed (excluding <br /> front entry/window above). <br /> 7. Install approximately 4000 square feet of 6-1/4"Hardi-Plank siding. <br /> 8. Caulk new installations as needed. <br /> 9. Radius siding allowance: we have included an allowance of 68 hours labor and$1,905 (mark up <br /> included)material to ship and install new metal siding(PBR galvalume and pre primed/painted) on(4) <br /> radius walls. Labor is charged at$65 per hour and materials are charged at cost plus a 15%mark up. <br /> 10. Roof leak investigation: we have included an allowance of 4 hours labor and$25 (mark up included) <br /> material to remove roofing/wall sheathing to investigate the leak above the front entry(inside of lobby). <br /> Labor is charged at$65 per hour and materials are charged at cost plus a 15%mark up. <br /> 11.
