Ted Budden
From: Kevin Fagerstrom
Sent: Friday,July 25, 2014 9:41 AM
To: Tony Lee;Ted Budden
Subject: Un-permitted Work/2125 Grand
Gents,
I got a call from Jim Hendricks, the supervisor over at L&I. He said that the owner of 2125 Grand came into
their office to apply for an electrical permit to install a new service to this duplex. They explained to him that
they did not issue these permits and that he should go to your offices on Cedar and speak to the City. He
thought that this was solved, but the next day, he received an on-line permit application which this guy did
after he left their office. Apparently, a permit was issued through their system, but it is not valid because he
mis-represented the work in the application. Jim wants us to go and have a look and probably post a stop-
work until this guy cooperates.
1;;;vill Fagerstrom
Code Enforcement Supervisor
Everett Police Department
425.257.8565
Please be advised that effective immediately my new e-mail will be
kfagerstrom@everettwa.gov
1
