API:4% <br /> vl <br /> J <br /> RESOLUTION No. 6952 <br /> A Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus and authorizing their <br /> disposition. <br /> WHEREAS, the City has a 2002 Pro-Fab Barge (#WC003) with a 2004 Ray 300 Electric Motor <br /> (#BM005) and a 1992 Towmaster T40 Trailer(#T0003) in its fleet; and <br /> WHEREAS,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> WHEREAS,Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplusing or disposition <br /> of City-owned personal property; and <br /> WHEREAS,based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06 a public auction <br /> is the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the estimated value of the <br /> surplus property and has recommended surplusing the above-referenced vehicles and equipment <br /> by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT: <br /> 1.
