November 8, 2017 <br /> fiscal year commencing January 1, 2018, on all taxable property, <br /> both real and personal, subject to taxation thereon, for the purpose <br /> of raising a portion of the revenue to carry on City operations for the <br /> ensuing year, as required by the Charter of the City of Everett and <br /> the laws of the State of Washington <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No. 1710-51. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Franklin, Bader, <br /> Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: None <br /> Ordinance No. 3577-17 adopted. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — RESOLUTION TO THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR ADDITION TO <br /> EXISTING COUNTY COURTHOUSE <br /> President Tuohy opened the public hearing regarding a resolution <br /> approving the First Amendment to the Development Agreement between <br /> the City of Everett and Snohomish County for an addition to the existing <br /> County Courthouse. <br /> Allan Giffen, Planning, provided a brief presentation. <br /> Ken Klein, Snohomish County, thanked Allan and City staff for their support. <br /> President Tuohy invited public comment. <br /> There were no citizens who wished to speak. <br /> 389 <br />
