If paid after the 10th day following lease signing, there will be a 5% late fee assessed on the past due amount, accruing monthly until paid in full. 6.1 Production Fee-Vinyl. There will be no production fee if Advertiser wishes to continue using the existing ad copy. If Advertiser wishes to change ad copy and is unable to provide their own artwork, Advertiser will provide company information, logos and anything else wanted on the billboard to Parker and pay $700 plus shipping and tax for production, which includes 2 hours of graphic-design time by Parker. If Advertiser prefers to provide their own graphic artwork, then the production fee will be $600 plus shipping and tax. If any design problems are encountered, Advertiser has the option to either fix the problem or to hire Parker at a rate of$100 per hour, billed in half-hour increments. 6.2 Sign Extensions-Vinyl. Extensions refer to ad designs outside the normal perimeter of the sign. Sign copy extensions are available at an additional cost of$14 per square foot, which includes materials and installation of the extension(s) at the time of initial ad installation. 6.3 Deadlines -Ad Copy Provided by Advertiser. The digital artwork deadline is 7 days from the date of this Lease. This must be provided in either a PDF or JPEG file to half-scale in inches, 300 dpi or better. The lease start date will not be adjusted if client fails to meet the artwork deadline and rent will be due Parker according to the date in Section 5.1 above. 6.4 Deadlines -Ad Copy Designed by Parker. The preferred deadline for Advertiser to provide Parker with logos, company information and ad content is 3 days from the date of this Lease. The final deadline is 7 days from date of this Lease to allow enough time for Parker to design and install the sign to meet the start date on the lease. The lease start date will not be adjusted if client fails to meet the artwork deadline and rent will be due Parker according to Section 5.1 above. 6.5 Installation-Vinyl. There will be no charge for installation of the first ad copy. Any future changes in ad copy will result in $300 plus tax payable by advertiser per installation. 7. Parker's Responsibilities. Parker shall maintain the signs and sign structures in good condition for the term of this Agreement. Advertiser will promptly notify Parker of any problems regarding the integrity of the sign or sign structures. In the case of a sign structure that is destroyed by fire, vandalism, wind or other cause, Parker will extend the term of this Agreement for the length of time the sign is down. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be provided. 8. Sign Removal. If the sign must be removed by order of the city, county, or other governing body before the expiration of this Agreement, this Agreement shall become null and void as of the date the sign is removed and Parker shall refund payment on a pro rata basis. 9. Completed Agreement. This Agreement represents the complete understanding of the parties and supersedes any prior written or verbal agreements.
