whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, at law or in equity or by statute,that Smith <br /> Street Mill may now have or that may subsequently accrue to Smith Street Mill,that are based <br /> upon, arise out of or in any way relate to the Property or the Lawsuit, including without <br /> limitation release and discharge of all causes of action, claims,demands, debts, guarantees, <br /> liabilities, obligations, liens, damages, or losses that arise out of or in any way relate to (i)the <br /> negotiation, consideration, execution and delivery of the City Purchase Agreement or(ii)to the <br /> Environmental Holdback(as defined in the City Purchase Agreement) or(iii)to the Demolition <br /> Work Purchase Price Reduction (as defined in the City Purchase Agreement). <br /> This Release is effective upon the closing of the purchase of the Property by the City of <br /> Everett.
