I MI NM I MN M M I IMM NM MI OM IMMI <br /> Section 88: Supplying Liquor to Minor; Possession or Consumption of Liquor By <br /> Minor <br /> 1. It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to give or otherwise supply liquor <br /> to any person under the age of twenty-one years, or permit any person under <br /> that age to consume liquor on his premises or on any premises under his <br /> control. <br /> 2. It shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than one <br /> thousand dollars ($1,000), for any person under the age of twenty-one years <br /> to acquire or have in his possession or consume any liquor. <br /> 3. The provisions of this section shall not apply in the case of liquor given or <br /> permitted to be given to a person under the age of twenty-one years by his <br /> or her parent or guardian for beverage or medicinal purposes, or <br /> administered to him or her by his or her physician or dentist for medicinal <br /> purposes, or when such liquor is used in connection with religious services. <br /> -93- <br />
