Individual licensed hunters or fishermen while on a hunting, camping, or <br /> fishing trip; or <br /> B. Any person carrying such a knife in a secure wrapper or case, or in a tool <br /> box, or while in such person's place of abode or fixed place of business; or <br /> C.
