It is unlawful for any person to open, conduct, keep or maintain any place <br /> resorted to for the purpose of prostitution or lewdness. <br /> 2. It is unlawful for any person to allow, permit or authorize, in any building or <br /> place owned by him, or under his control, any riotous or disorderly conduct, <br /> or drunkenness, or fighting, to the annoyance of the public. <br /> 3. Violation of any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor, and upon conviction may be punished by a fine not to exceed <br /> one thousand dollars ($1,000). <br /> -68- <br />
