ORDINANCE NO. / 95 -7 9 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 as amended (Title 19, EMC) <br /> to encompass an area South of <br /> 108th Street SW to North of 112th Street SW on Highway 99. <br /> REZONE #2-89 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on March 28, 1989, the Everett <br /> Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding establishment of the <br /> zoning designation for the hereinafter described property annexed to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett, after hearing the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission, has determined that said <br /> property should be zoned R-3(A), Multiple Family Residential - Site Plan <br /> Review; and C-1, General Commercial; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find that the zoning <br /> change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett <br /> and meets the purpose of the General Plan as amended by Resolution <br /> No. '/f77 <br /> Section 2: That the Zoning Map of the City of Everett, as <br /> established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572, as amended (Title 19, <br /> Everett Municipal Code), is hereby amended by the addition of the following: <br /> C-1 <br /> BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Plat of Silverdale, as recorded <br /> in Volume 24 of Plats, Page 5, records of Snohomish County, Washington; <br /> THENCE, East along the South line of said Lot 7 to the point of curvature of <br /> a curve to the left, as recorded in said plat; THENCE, Southeasterly <br /> traversing Hollow Dale Place to the Southwest corner of Lot 8 of said plat; <br /> THENCE, East along the South lines of Lots 8 - 11, inclusive, of said plat, <br /> to the Southeast corner of of said Lot 11; THENCE, continue East along the <br /> South lines of Lots 10 & 11, Plat of Fairhaven Acres, as recorded in Volume <br /> 16 of Plats, Page 35, records of said county, to the Southeast corner of <br /> said Lot 11; THENCE, Northeasterly along the East line of said plat to the <br /> Southeast corner of Lot 14; THENCE, continue Northeasterly along same line a <br /> distance of 170.54 feet; THENCE, Northerly to a point on on the North line <br /> of Lot 14, said point being 25.00 feet Westerly of the Northeast corner of <br /> said lot; THENCE, continue Northerly on on the projection of the previous <br /> course to intersect the North line of the Southeast quarter of Section 23, <br /> Township 28 North, Range 4 East, W.M. ; THENCE, East along said North line of <br /> said Southeast quarter of said Section 23, and the North line of the <br />
