• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 5! -J75? <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of <br /> portion of 26th Street between Maple Street <br /> and Pine Street <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, did by Resolution <br /> No. 2781, duly adopt and fix the 29th day of March, 1989, at 8:30 a.m. , as the <br /> date of public hearing; and <br /> WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing <br /> and determination of said resolution has been given by the City Clerk in the <br /> manner prescribed by law; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, favorable <br /> statements and objections to the vacating of the herein described street were <br /> heard and discussed; and <br /> WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> that the said street resolved to be vacated should be vacated pursuant to the <br /> terms and conditions of this ordinance; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the following described right-of-way: <br /> Parcel 1 <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 574, Miley Land <br /> Company's Fourth Addition to Everett, as recorded in Volume 4 of <br /> Plats, page 39, records of Snohomish County, Washington; thence <br /> East, along the South line of said Lot 1, a distance of 120.00 <br /> feet; thence South, along the Southerly projection of the East line <br /> of said Lot 1, a distance of 16.00 feet; thence West, parallel with <br /> the South line of said Lot 1, a distance of 120.00 feet; thence <br /> North, along the Southerly projection of the West line of said Lot <br /> 1, a distance of 16.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br /> Parcel 2 <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 32, Block 574, Miley Land <br /> Company's Fourth Addition to Everett, as recorded in Volume 4 of <br /> Plats, page 39, records of Snohomish County, Washington; thence <br /> East, along the South line of said Lot 32, a distance of 120.00 <br /> feet; thence South, along the Southerly projection of the East line <br /> of said Lot 32, a distance of 16.00 feet; thence West, parallel <br /> with the South line of said Lot 32, a distance of 120.00 feet; <br /> thence North, along the Southerly projection of the West line of <br /> said Lot 32, a distance of 16.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br /> be and the same is hereby vacated pursuant to the conditions set forth in this <br /> ordinance. <br />
