• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /.S' -- <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 1511-88 which <br /> created a special fund entitled "Homeport/CBD <br /> Traffic Needs Study Fund 335" , Program 985 , to <br /> accumulate all of the costs for the study . <br /> WHEREAS , on January 29, 1988, the City of Everett <br /> entered into an agreement with the Washington State Department <br /> of Transportation to provide funding for a transportation <br /> planning study to investigate the potential impact of Navy <br /> traffic on transportation corridors between the City of Evertt <br /> and North and East Snohomish County , and ; <br /> WHEREAS, the city has had to expand the scope of this <br /> project and gas tax funds (Fund 301) are available for this <br /> purpose , <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , The City Council of the City of Everett <br /> does ordain that Section 4 of Ordinance No . 1511-88 which reads : <br /> Section 4 : The sum of $114, 650 is hereby appropriated <br /> to Fund 335, Program 985 , "Homeport/CBD Traffic Needs study" as <br /> follows : <br /> A . Estimated Project Costs : <br /> Consultant Fee $73,000 <br /> State Services 2, 000 <br /> Purchased Employment Date 3, 050 <br /> Miscellaneous Costs 1 , 950 <br /> Production of Map 1 , 700 <br /> Origin and Destination study 25, 950 <br /> Interest Charges 7, 000 <br /> TOTAL ESTIMATED COST FUND $114, 650 <br />
