ORDINANCE NO. /5-69—f9 9 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1511-88, which created a special fund entitled "Homeport/CBD Traffic Needs Study," Fund 335, Program 985, to accumulate all of the costs of the study. WHEREAS, on January 29, 1988 the City of Everett entered into an agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation to provide funding for a transportation planning study to investigate the potential impact of Navy traffic on transportation corridors between the City of Everett and North and East Snohomish County. WHEREAS, the City has expanded the scope of this project to include an "Origin and Destination Study," and gas tax funds (Fund 301) are available for this purpose. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN THAT, Section 4 which reads: Section 4: The sum of $80,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 335, Program 985, "Homeport/CBD Traffic Needs Study" as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Consultant Fee $73,000 State Services 2,000 Purchased Employment Data 3,050 Miscellaneous Costs 1,950 Total Estimated COst Fund 335 $80,000 B. Source of Funds Washington State Department of Community Development $80,000 Total Source of Funds, Fund 335 $80,000 C. This appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of reappropriation as per R.C.W. 235.33.151. I IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ: Section 4: The sum of $114,650 is hereby appropriated to Fund 335, Program 985, "Homeport/CBD Traffic Needs Study" as follows: A.
