EXHIBIT A
ADDENDUM
(EVERETT DOWNTOWN STORAGE)
Owner: Everett Downtown Storage—McDougall Ave
Occupant:
Unit Number
A. This page is part of the storage rental agreement between Owner and Occupant.
B. Occupant and Owner understand that, because of limitations of the City of Everett's
stormwater and combined systems, a water main break, or exceptional rain or snowfall
event, the storage space floor may flood from time to time.
C. Because of this flooding, the Owner and the City of Everett have provided shelving and
other improvements in storage space so that items need not be stored on the floor.
D. OCCUPANT AGREES TO NOT STORE ITEMS ON THE FLOOR THAT MAY
BE DAMAGED BY WATER. ALL FLOOR STORAGE IS AT OCCUPANT'S
SOLE RISK. OCCUPANT IS ENCOURAGED TO CHECK WITH THEIR
INSURANCE AGENT REGARDING COVERAGE FOR STORED ITEMS.
E. OCCUPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL PROPERTY DAMAGE FLOOD-
RELATED CLAIMS FOR FLOOR-STORED ITEMS THAT MAY ARISE NOW
OR IN THE FUTURE AGAINST OWNER OR THE CITY OF EVERETT.
F. OCCUPANT AND OWNER AGREE THAT THE CITY OF EVERETT MAY
ENFORCE THIS ADDENDUM.
OWNER:
OCCUPANT:
Exhibit A
