Provide leadership and planning for The Preschool at Forest Park a) This Professional Services Agreement is effective when the provider receives a written "Notice To Proceed" with a specific date from the provider's Point of Contact. b) Develop curriculum and coordinate all preschool activities and programming with the Point of Contact. c) Supervise preschool assistant teachers. d) Assist with promotion of classes by distributing flyers. e) Schedule field trips and special days. f) Monitor and evaluate students' progress. g) Interact with parents on a daily basis regarding students' progress h) Monitors students and activity for safety. i) Maintain attendance records. j) Maintain and submit course evaluations. k) Renew Annual City of Everett Business License for 2018, no later than January 31, 2018 2. Plus additional classes/programs as agreed upon by Program Supervisor and Service Provider as detailed in the Quarterly Program Guide. 4. The City retains the right to cancel any program that does not meet minimum registration requirements.
