a) Statement that no personal vehicle is used in fulfilling this Agreement as stated in <br /> Contact Page 3 Paragraph 9. <br /> b) Renew annual City of Everett Business License for 2017 no later than January <br /> 31, 2017. <br /> c) Provide Certificate of insurance for the duration of the contract listing City of <br /> Everett as additionally insured.
