Exhibit D <br /> CITY STAFFING <br /> The City will provide 1 (one) on site staff as needed at designated facilities listed in Exhibit A(SCHEDULE OF GYM <br /> FACILITY USE). <br /> City staff will arrive no less than 30(thirty) minutes prior to the time listed in Exhibit A(SCHEDULE OF GYM FACILITY <br /> USE). <br /> City staff will provide set up and take down of the facility as listed below (variation to both Set-up and Take down may <br /> occur if the Everett School District is scheduled to open and close the facility): <br /> Set-up <br /> • Unlock gym doors <br /> • Disarm security system (as needed) <br /> • Unlock bathrooms <br /> • Sweep the entire gym floor <br /> • Survey facility for garbage, damaged or broken items <br /> • Lower basketball hoops (as needed) <br /> • Turn on gym lights <br /> • Set up the scorer's table <br /> • Set up the score clock <br /> • Set up team benches <br /> • Pull out bleachers <br /> • Check bathrooms for adequate supplies <br /> Take Down <br /> • Sweep the entire gym floor <br /> • Pick up all trash <br /> • Pick up all lost and found items <br /> • Raise basketball hoops (as needed) <br /> • Take down scorer's table <br /> • Put away the score clock <br /> • Put away team benches <br /> • Push in bleachers <br /> • Check bathrooms <br /> • Turn off lights <br /> • Lock bathroom doors <br /> • Arm security system (as needed) <br /> City staff will be onsite and will provide a medical kit as needed by the League. <br /> City staff will not be responsible for handling any League issues such as scheduling conflicts, ejections, officials, score <br /> keeping or any other issues directly associated with League events. <br /> City staff shall be provided contact information for a League designated official for all league issues. <br />
