(EMC Title 19) and Chapter 4 of Ordinance No. 2530-01, as amended (EMC 15.16) (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 3-2-16) (3) CB 1602-10 — 2nd Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Sp cial Improvement Project entitled, "Downtown Streetscape Phase 3," Fund 363, Program 109, to accumulate all costs for the improvement. (9) Approve the Purchase of two Sewer-Vacuum Truck Bodies from State Contract 01912 in the amount of $684,329.54 including Washington State Sales Tax.
