This project is listed on the Agreed Order <br />with Washington Department of Ecology for completion by the end of 2017. <br />The overall project is building a new network of separate storm water drainage pipes to partially separate <br />storm water from approximately 112 acres of residential area. <br />The Grand Avenue Park Bridge is needed to furnish offsite conveyance of separated Storniwater and CSO <br />overflows to Port Gardner. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />«uthorize a Call for Bids for the construction of Sever M Project, Phase 2. <br />15 <br />
