November 29, 2017 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., November 29, 2017, in the City Council Chambers of the William <br /> E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Tuohy presiding. Upon roll <br /> call, it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, <br /> Moore, Murphy, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council <br /> Member Franklin was excused. <br /> Council Member Moore led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 22, 2017, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. Council Member Stonecipher abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Historical Commission meeting. He also reported on his attendance at the <br /> Pinehurst Neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a recap from the Budget and Finance <br /> Subcommittee meeting held earlier this evening. <br /> Council Member Roberts announced that the General Government <br /> Subcommittee will meet on December 6 in the council chambers. He also <br /> reported on his attendance at the Silver Lake Neighborhood meeting. <br /> President Tuohy reported on her attendance at the Silver Lake <br /> Neighborhood meeting, the Casino Road Stakeholders meeting, and the <br /> Council of Neighborhoods meeting. She announced the timeline and <br /> process for the interim appointment for Everett City Council Position 4. <br /> Discussion took place regarding the proposed timeline. <br /> 408 <br />
