November 29, 2017 <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to table Council bill 1710-52, a proposed ordinance regarding <br /> an exemption for Special Connection Charges for Low-Income <br /> Housing Projects amending Ordinance 3095-08. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore, Bader, Roberts, and Tuohy, who voted no, and Council <br /> Member Franklin who was excused. <br /> Motion failed. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to amend the proposed ordinance by adding a section: <br /> "Section 6. Sunset Provision. This Ordinance shall expire on <br /> December 31, 2021." <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Franklin who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance as amended. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Bader, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: Murphy, Stonecipher <br /> EXCUSED: Franklin <br /> Ordinance No. 3579-17 adopted. <br /> AGREEMENT — LOW BARRIER SUPPORTIVE HOUSING <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement <br /> between the City of Everett and Snohomish County concerning low <br /> barrier supportive housing. <br /> 413 <br />
