(4) Authorize the closure of the Everett Performing Arts Center easement between Wetmore Avenue and the alley, on November 30, 2017, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., for the Wintertide Celebration sponsored by the City of Everett. PUBLIC HEARING: (5) CB 1709-51 — 3rd and final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance levying the general taxes for the City of Everett for fiscal year commencing January 1, 2018, on all taxable property, both real and personal, subject to taxation thereon, for the purpose of raising a portion of the revenue to carry on City operations for the ensuing year, as required by the Charter of the City of Everett and the laws of the State of Washington. (6) Adopt Resolution approving the First Amendment to the Development Agreement between the City of Everett and Snohomish County for an addition to the existing County Courthouse. ACTION ITEMS: (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the lease agreement between the City of Everett and HRC, LLC for use of city owned property lying adjacent to 5129 Hilltop Road, extending the lease until September 30, 2022. (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Addendum to the lease agreement between the City of Everett and New Cingular Wireless Pcs, LLC for lease of a communications antenna site at Reservoir 3 located at 6107 Berkshire Drive.
